Approve the written proposal, which sets out the scope, timeline and payment terms. Then make your first payment.
Step 4: Send us your content
Your photos, text and logo if you have one. No logo yet? We can design one. Payment and booking accounts are set up in your name, so the money and the bookings are yours.

Step 5: We design and build
You get a private preview link to watch your site come together, with text or email updates and check-in calls along the way.

Step 6: You review, we polish
Leave notes right on the preview. We make the changes, then test every form, booking and payment.

Step 7: Launch day
Your site goes live on your domain, fully tested, and we walk you through it.
Step 8: Care after launch
Every site comes with the Basic care plan, which keeps it online, secure and up to date. Bigger plans add edits and new content.

How long it takes
Starter sites take about a week and Business sites 1-3 weeks, depending on how quickly we receive your content. Premium timelines are quoted with the scope.

Common questions
What if I don't like the first design?
We redo it, free. If the first design preview isn't right, tell us what to change and we make a new design at no charge, before we start building. Once the build starts, changes follow the revision rounds in your written quote.
Do I need to do video calls?
No. Email works, or a phone call if you'd rather talk.
