Every business needs something a little different, so each quote is written after a quick chat by email or phone. It's based on scope: pages, features, integrations and support. Any price shown on a package is where that package starts.

Yes. When you request a quote, we design a free preview of your new site first, so you see it before you pay anything. There's no obligation to go ahead.

We redo it, free. If the first design preview isn't right, tell us what to change and we make a new design at no charge, before we start building. Once the build starts, changes follow the revision rounds in your written quote.

Starter is the essentials: a simple site of up to 5 pages with a contact form. Business adds a custom design, online booking and local SEO. Premium is our most complete build, with most one-time add-ons included.

Yes. Logo design and a brand kit (colors, fonts and a one-page guide) are add-ons for any package, and Premium includes both. If you already have a logo, we build your site around it.

Yes, at no extra charge. Send us your videos, such as a tour of your building, and we add them to your pages, sized so they don't slow the site down. A short silent clip can also play behind a section. Longer videos play from your own YouTube or Vimeo account. We don't film or edit videos: you record them, or bring a videographer. A video bubble that greets visitors is a separate add-on, the video widget.

Your domain name is registered in your name, payments go straight to your own Stripe account, and your booking tool's account is yours. We host, run and update the website itself, so you never deal with servers or software. If you'd ever like to own the website outright, you can buy it from us.

Starter sites take about a week and Business sites 1-3 weeks, depending on how quickly we receive your content. Premium timelines are quoted with the scope.

Yes. You get a private preview link to watch it come together, with text or email updates along the way. Leave notes right on the preview and we make the changes.

By card, through Stripe. Packages, care plans and add-ons with a fixed starting price can be ordered straight from their page, on their own or together from your bag; anything scoped to your business is quoted first, and you pay from the secure Stripe link we send with your proposal. You can pay for the build up front or spread it into a monthly plan, and paying for a year at a time lowers the monthly price.

No. Email works, or a phone call if you'd rather talk.

Yes. Compliance-sensitive builds change how forms, analytics and vendors are set up for healthcare and legal work. Your own compliance program stays your responsibility, and we don't certify compliance.

Usually not. One website can show several locations, each with its address and hours: Starter covers up to 5, and Business and Premium as many as you need. If a location or a second business needs a website of its own, each extra site's build costs less (15% off the second, and more after that) and its care plan is 10% off. The packages page has the details.

Every site comes with the Basic care plan, which covers hosting, the padlock and security updates. The others are optional: Standard adds monthly edits and reports, Priority adds more edit time and ongoing local SEO, and Partner adds a monthly planning check-in, new pages and first place in line.

To start, only the quote form: your business, your goals, the pages you want and examples you like. Once you approve the quote, we ask for your photos, text and logo.

Email us or use the contact form and tell us what to change. Monthly edits come with the Standard care plan and up. On Basic, or for bigger changes like new pages, we quote the change first.

If you change your mind before work starts, your payment for the build is refunded in full. Once work has started, your written proposal's terms apply. A monthly care plan can be stopped at any time and ends at the end of the month you paid for. The full details are in the terms, under "Ordering online, refunds and cancelling."

Yes. Most add-ons can go on a live site: tell us which one, we send a quote, and we schedule the work once you approve it. Current clients get 5% to 15% off add-ons added after launch, depending on the build they bought.

Yes. Business includes Online scheduling, the Launch Bundle and a QR code. Premium includes every add-on except the Video widget, Directory listings and Domain and email management. Each add-on's card says which packages already include it. Business can also be ordered without its Launch Bundle, for a lower price.

Two: Missed-call text-back and the Custom chatbot have a one-time setup price plus a monthly charge for the service. Domain and email management is billed once a year. Every other add-on is paid once. Outside tools you use, such as a scheduling app, Stripe or a video tool, bill you directly for their own fees.

Yes. Add 2 add-ons to your build and they're 10% off; add 3 or more and they're 15% off. In your bag the discount is taken off by itself at checkout. It isn't combined with the current-client discount on add-ons added after launch.

Mostly not: most add-ons are set up during your build and add no time. A few depend on others: carrier registration for Missed-call text-back can take a few weeks, so we start it as soon as you order; directories publish Directory listings on their own schedules, which can take several weeks; and a compliance-sensitive build for healthcare can add time, which your quote sets out. On a live site, we schedule the work once you approve the quote.

For some, yes, so payments go straight to you and the accounts stay yours. Deposits and payments runs through your own Stripe account: you open it and enter your business and bank details yourself, and Stripe charges its processing fees to you directly. For Online scheduling, we help you choose a booking tool and you open the account in your name. Their fees are paid to those companies, not to us.

Yes. Before you order, untick it on the quote form or remove it from your bag. If you change your mind before work starts, your payment for the add-on is refunded in full. A monthly service, such as Missed-call text-back or the Custom chatbot, is charged until you stop it, and you can stop it at any time.
