What it doesn't include

The scheduling tool's own fee, which you pay to that company. Taking a deposit when people book is a separate add-on, Deposits and payments.

Online payments for your site: customers pay a deposit or the full price when they book or order, through a Stripe account in your business's name.

Step by step

1. You open a Stripe account for your business, and we walk you through it.
2. We connect it to your booking or order flow and set the deposit amounts or prices you choose.
3. We run test payments and a test refund before launch.

What you get

Payments that go straight to your own Stripe account, never to ours, with receipts sent by Stripe.

What we need from you

Your business and bank details, which you enter in Stripe yourself, and the amounts you want to charge.

How long it takes

Set up during your build, once your Stripe account is open.

What it doesn't include

Stripe's processing fees, which Stripe charges you directly. Pairs with Online scheduling when you want a deposit with each booking.

When you can't pick up, the caller gets a text from your business so they don't move on to the next name on their list.

Step by step

1. We set up a business texting number, or connect your current number where your phone carrier allows it.
2. We complete the carrier registration and the consent setup that business texting requires.
3. You approve the wording of the text, and we test it with real missed calls.

What you get

An automatic text after every missed call, and one place to read and answer the replies.

What we need from you

Your business details for the carrier registration and the message you want callers to get.

How long it takes

Carrier registration can take a few weeks, so we start it as soon as you order.

What it doesn't include

Texts never include health details. It doesn't book appointments or answer questions by itself; you or your staff answer the replies.

A chat window on your site that answers the questions customers ask most, such as your hours, location, services and how to book, at any hour.

A small video bubble in the corner of your site. Visitors tap it to watch a short welcome from you, then reply, leave their details or book.

1. We send you tips for short, clear clips, and you record up to 3 videos on your phone.
2. We set up the video tool in an account you own, for example VideoAsk, and build one flow with your videos.
3. We add the bubble to your site and test it on phones and computers.

What you get

One working video flow with up to 3 videos.

What we need from you

Your videos, and what you want visitors to do after watching.

How long it takes

Added during your build once we have your videos.

What it doesn't include

The video tool's monthly fee, which you pay to that company, and filming or editing. A longer flow with more branches is quoted separately. For health and legal practices, the video is a one-way welcome.

A logo designed around your business name, made to read clearly at every size, from a phone screen to a sign.

Step by step

1. You tell us about your business, the feel you want and a few logos you like.
2. We design 3 initial concepts for you to choose from.
3. You pick one, and we refine it over 2 rounds of changes.
4. We prepare the final files.

What you get

Versions for light and dark backgrounds, a small icon version, and files for print and the web (SVG, PNG and PDF), plus your site icon and social profile images.

What we need from you

Your business name as it should appear, a short description of what you do, and examples you like.

How long it takes

Done before or alongside your build, so your site launches with the final logo.

What it doesn't include

Trademark searches or registration, and printing. Colors, fonts and templates for the rest of your materials are the Brand kit.

Step by step

1. We start from your logo: the one you have, or a new one from Logo design.
2. We choose a palette of up to 5 colors, checked so text stays easy to read, and a font pairing for headings and body text.
3. We put it all in a one-page guide with templates, and you get 1 round of changes.

What you get

The palette, the font pairing, a one-page guide, 3 social post templates and a business card design file.

What we need from you

Your logo, and anything you already use, such as signs, menus or printed cards.

How long it takes

Done alongside your build, so your site uses the same colors and fonts.

What it doesn't include

Printing, and a new logo, which is Logo design.

A different setup for the parts of your site that could touch health information: forms, analytics and the vendors behind them.

Step by step

1. We review what your site collects and which tools it uses.
2. We choose vendors that sign a Business Associate Agreement with you for anything that touches health information.
3. We keep health information out of analytics and standard forms, and send it only to those vendors.

A site set up with signed Business Associate Agreements in place and no health information in analytics or standard forms.

What we need from you

Who handles compliance in your practice, and the tools you already use.

How long it takes

Built in from the start of your project. It can add time to the build, which we set out in your quote.

What it doesn't include

We don't certify compliance, and your own compliance program stays your responsibility. If we can't set up vendors with signed agreements that fit your practice, we refund this add-on.

A review of how your law office's site presents results, testimonials and claims, with disclaimers placed where they're needed.

Step by step

1. We add disclaimer slots to the pages that need them, such as results, testimonials and contact pages.
2. We go through your testimonials, results and other claims with a review checklist and flag anything to check.
3. You check the final wording against your state bar's advertising rules before launch.

1. We set up Search Console and Analytics and optimize your Google Business Profile.
2. We clean up your main directory listings so your name, address and hours match.
3. We set up branded email, make a review-request QR code, and add starter privacy policy and terms pages for your attorney to review.
4. We send you a site speed and accessibility report and a "how to edit your site" video.

What we need from you

Access to your Google Business Profile and your domain, and your choice of mailbox provider.

How long it takes

What it doesn't include

The mailbox fee, which you pay the provider, and legal advice on the policy pages. Listing your business across many more directories is Directory listings.

We submit your business details to about 45 directories and the 5 main data aggregators, so every listing shows the same name, address and hours.

3. Each directory reviews and publishes its listing.

The tool's own fee, which you pay directly. On the Basic and Standard care plans, keeping an integration running is a small monthly charge quoted with it.

Yearly care for the parts of your web address and email that sit outside the site: renewals, DNS settings and mailboxes.
