Using this site
- The information here describes the studio's services. It can change at any time.
- Projects marked "Sample site, fictional business" are samples made to show the work. The businesses in them are made up, and any resemblance to a real business is unintended.
- The style previews and the paint bucket are demos. Their colors and fonts are suggestions, not a finished design for your business.
- Please don't try to disrupt the site, its forms or its storage, or use them to send spam.
Project requests and quotes
- Sending the quote form is a request for a quote. It does not create a contract or commit you to anything.
- Any price on this site is a starting price. Your actual price is in a written quote for your project. Work starts only after both sides agree to a written proposal, which sets out the scope, timeline, payment terms and who owns what.
- When you upload screenshots or share links, you confirm you're allowed to share them. They are used only as reference for your project and are deleted on the schedule in the privacy policy.
- The quote form is not for private health or legal case details.
Ordering online, refunds and cancelling
- Packages, care plans and add-ons with a fixed starting price can be ordered and paid for online through Stripe, on their own or together from your bag. The price you pay is the one shown on the Stripe checkout page. An online order covers the scope described on this site for that package, plan or add-on; anything beyond it (more pages, more locations, extra features) is quoted and agreed in writing before it is built.
- After you pay, we ask for your content through the quote form. Work starts when your content (text, photos, logo and access) arrives, and the build times on the packages page are typical times, not promises: your proposal gives your date.
- If you change your mind before work starts, tell us and your payment for the build or add-on is refunded in full. Once work has started, the written proposal's terms apply.
- A care plan paid monthly can be stopped at any time and ends at the end of the month you paid for. A care plan paid yearly can be stopped at any time; the months you have not used are refunded, counted at the monthly price. Priority and Partner have a 3-month minimum.
- Monthly plans and services are charged automatically to the card you give Stripe until you stop them.
Accounts and services you own
Where a project uses outside services (for example a scheduling tool, Stripe for payments, or a domain), they are set up in your name and you pay their fees directly, as described on the packages page. Those services have their own terms.
Content on this site
The text, design and code of this site belong to ShipShape Sites. Stock photos are used under their own licenses. Other companies' names and trademarks belong to their owners and are mentioned only to describe the services involved.
Accuracy and liability
This site is provided "as is." Every reasonable effort is made to keep it accurate and available, but it may sometimes be out of date or offline. To the extent the law allows, ShipShape Sites is not responsible for losses that come from using this site. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
