What we need from you

Nothing ongoing. Just keep your payment details current.

How long it takes

Starts at launch and runs month to month.

What it doesn't include

Edits, monitoring and reports. Those start with the Standard care plan.

Everything in Basic, plus monthly edits, monitoring and a monthly look at how your site is doing.

Step by step

1. You email us the changes you want, and we make them within your 45 minutes each month.
2. We watch your site's uptime and keep your integrations and llms.txt file up to date.
3. Each month we send an analytics summary, and each quarter a speed and accessibility check.

What you get

Up to 45 minutes of edits a month, uptime monitoring, a monthly analytics summary and a quarterly check.

What we need from you

Your edit requests by email, with the text or photos to use.

How long it takes

Starts at launch or whenever you switch, month to month.

What it doesn't include

New pages and new features, which are quoted separately.

Everything in Standard, plus more edit time, ongoing local SEO and priority response.

Step by step

1. You send requests by email, and they go ahead of Basic and Standard requests.
2. We make up to 2 hours of edits each month and keep your Google Business Profile and local SEO up to date.
3. We cover the running costs and upkeep of your chatbot, text-back and up to 3 integrations.
4. You get a weekly analytics report or dashboard access.

What you get

More edit time, ongoing local SEO, weekly reporting and priority response.

What we need from you

Your requests and any news worth adding, such as new services or hours.

How long it takes

A 3-month minimum, then month to month.

What it doesn't include

New features and large new sections, which are quoted separately.

Everything in Priority, plus a monthly plan for what to add next, more edit time and first place in line.

Step by step

1. Each month we have a planning check-in of about 30 minutes, by phone or email.
2. We make up to 4 hours of edits each month and add a new page or section each quarter.
3. We make seasonal updates for holidays, sales and promotions.
4. Your requests are first in line.

A site that keeps growing, with a plan agreed each month.

What we need from you

Time for the monthly check-in, and your ideas, offers and seasonal dates.

How long it takes

A 3-month minimum, then month to month.
